Trillow™ 3-in-1 Adjustable Memory Foam Contour Pillow | Back Science®

The Trillow™ offers 2 thicknesses on each side, plus a removable outer layer for a total of 4 heights from 3 to 5.5 inches so you can dial in the right thickness and neck support for any sleeping position. Need more thickness on your side, but less once you roll onto your back? Just flip it around to the thinner side for a quick-and-easy adjustment.

If you want a smaller pillow, simply unzip the Trillow™'s cover and the outer layer easily unwraps and lifts away, giving you a lower-profile pillow in seconds whenever you want a thinner feel. You can also roll up the outer layer and it becomes a bolster pillow, perfect for extra neck support or propping yourself up while reading or relaxing.

High-density, contoured memory foam conforms to your neck and head for proper orthopedic support. The contoured design and adjustability adapts to any sleeping position to promote proper spinal alignment.

When you're sitting up in bed to read or watch TV, or relaxing in a chair, you can simply roll the outer shell to use as a neck or lumbar bolster pillow. This gives you 2 separate pillows to use, or place the bolster into the contoured part of the pillow to create a taller pillow with your shoulders on the lower part and neck on the bolster, for even more orthopedic neck support (Extra bolster pillow case sold separately).

The Trillow™ uses premium 4lb, high-density memory foam that stands the test of time and supports your neck where you need it most without flattening out. You can rest easy knowing that Back Science® has your back, and your neck, with our 5-year limited warranty.
