While many of our distributors may offer to ship direct to the customer, we do have a drop ship policy in place to ensure that you receive your products in a timely manner. Our mattresses, foundations, and bedding ship worldwide directly from our manufacturing plant in the Thousand Oaks / Agoura Hills area of Ventura County, California. Most of our products are made-to-order, for mattresses, foundations, and some bedding items please allow 1 - 2 weeks for manufacturing before we ship your product out, or longer during times of high traffic such as holidays. We keep limited stock of some items such as pillows, protectors, and foundations. If the product you ordered is in stock at the moment, we try to ship it out within 1 - 3 business days or with the rest of the products on your order, when they are out of production.
