Shipping Policy
While many of our distributors may offer to ship direct to the customer, we do have a drop ship policy in place to ensure that you receive your products in a timely manner. Our mattresses, foundations, and bedding ship worldwide directly from our manufacturing plant in the Thousand Oaks / Agoura Hills area of Ventura County, California. Most of our products are made-to-order, for mattresses, foundations, and some bedding items please allow 2 - 3 weeks for manufacturing before we ship your product out. We keep limited stock of some items such as pillows, protectors, and foundations. If the product you ordered is in stock at the moment, we try to ship it out withing 1 - 3 business days or with the rest of the products on your order, when they are out of production. Back Science® Mattress Shipping Information
Due to the quality and density of the foams used in our mattresses we are unable to compress or
roll-pack them. To prevent any unnecessary damage from occurring, all mattresses are shipped via special
carrier and freight services.
Shipping times vary by location and shipping method. All mattresses are wrapped in
protective plastic and placed in sturdy constructed boxes to prevent damage during shipping. For

Shipping cost is determined based on estimated cost provided by special carrier services, items present
on your order, and the location of delivery.
Mattresses and Bed Bases usually arrive within 1 week of leaving our facility, depending on your location
and changing conditions en route. As we make most of our mattresses to order, our usual manufacturing
period is 2-3 weeks, and beds normally leave our facility within 1-2 business days after production. If
you need your Back Science® Bed sooner than our normal manufacturing timeline, please call in to check
on availability of expedited production (additional charges may apply).
As we manufacture most of our products to order, there is no cutoff time of day to be concerned with that will
affect your shipping times, however, the earlier in the day you can place your order the faster we can get
it to your doorstep.
We offer shipping through our website to most of the continental U.S., however we do offer to ship to
areas outside the continental U.S. in a limited capacity. If you need to ship outside this zone (e.g.
Hawaii & Alaska) please give us a call for pricing.
Back Science® Foundation Shipping Information

Back Science® Pillows & Bedding Shipping Information
Most of our pillows & bedding are shipped from our facility within 1-3 business days, however, some items such
as split-top sheets, glacier pillows, etc. are made-to-order and can take up to 1 - 2 weeks to produce and ship
out. Ship times vary based
on location but usually arrive within 3 business days. If you ordered pillows / bedding with your mattress
or bed set they may arrive at the same time if we did not ship them out separately, however most of the time
your pillows / bedding will arrive earlier than your mattress or bed set.
