Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Summary

Pillows & Bedding

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your pillows or bedding, they can be exchanged or returned during the first 365 days for a full refund less shipping costs. If you wish to exhcange your pillow for an upgraded version, the only cost to you would be the difference in price (plus tax where applicable), as well as the cost of the initial shipping back to us.

Adjustable Bases

Due to the difficulty of repackaging, adjustable bases are not returnable.

Custom Products

As a manufacturer that actually cares about the comfort and quality of your sleep, we often offer custom sizes, variations, and versions of our products to customers in order to best fit your needs personally. If you have a specific needs you'd like met, give us a call at (800) 667-1969 and we'll do our best to make your dream a reality!

Due to the often difficult nature of manufacturing and shipping custom sized products and custom variations of products, as well as our inability to reuse the majority of custom products for display and demonstration purposes and the additional time and care we invest in producing these products, custom sizes and variations of our products are not returnable for any reason except manufacturer defect.

Refund Credit Information

Returns will be processed promptly after the returned items are received and inspected. We reserve a period of at least 14 days for inspection and damaged shipment claims before a credit may be issued for returned items. Items such as pillows are usually refunded much sooner than 14 days, however may take longer if there are damaged shipment claims or other factors involved.

Refunds will be processed by crediting back the amount to the original card used to purchase the items. Cases in which the customer has paid via an alternative payment method or the card used for the original purchase is no longer active will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
